Wherever you are, we'll help you find a PissPoint.
Questions, comments, concerns or suggestions? Shoot me an email at [email protected]. I read every message and usually reply within a few days.
What do the pin colors mean? Green pins are Verified: PissPoint users at the spot confirmed the restroom. Blue pins are Likely: listed as restrooms by map sources, or places known for public restrooms. Yellow pins are Possible: businesses that often have restrooms, but they may be for customers only.
The map isn't showing any restrooms. Make sure PissPoint has permission to use your location: Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → PissPoint → "While Using the App." Then tap Find PissPoint again.
A location is wrong or doesn't have a restroom. Open the PissPoint and tap the flag icon, then Report a Problem. You can also email me with the place name and address.
A door code doesn't work. Codes are shared by other people and only show once several of them agree. Enter the new code on the PissPoint's card if you know it, and old codes expire on their own.
Effective October 9, 2026
PissPoint helps you find a restroom, and it collects as little as possible to do that.
PissPoint uses your location while you're using the app, and for the Home Screen widget, Apple Watch app and CarPlay, to find restrooms near you. We don't keep a history of where you've been. Some features, like reporting whether a restroom is real or leaving a review, check that you're near the place before saving your answer.
